100 volley challenge. First find a wall. If you are indoors use a red foam ball tennis ball (Penn Quickstart 36 Foam Tennis Ball)! Try to volley 100 times in a row (made popular by Roger Federer – 100 volley challenge). First forehand and then backhand. When you are proficient with volleys, move to alternating forehand and backhand volleys! Just try it!
